Over the past 30 years, I have worked in various roles within the travel industry, starting as a trainee chef in my native Tuscany and working my way around the world to become Director of Luxury Sales for Hilton Luxury Brands, based in London.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found a career that combines so many of the things I am passionate about – meeting and getting to know people from all over the world, travelling to new destinations and learning about them from local people, and sharing culinary experiences. I have lived in Italy, the USA, Ireland and the UK, and I am fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. I now live in west London with my young family.

Since 2000, I have been working in commercial roles for some of the best luxury hotel companies in the world – Starwood, Shangri-La and Hilton Luxury, and learned a strategic approach to selling luxury travel experiences from these best-in-class operators.

During this time I have built up an extensive network of contacts in the UK, one of the world’s leading leisure travel markets, as well as across mainland Europe and in Russia. I have connected with an array of partners from the luxury transient leisure, meetings, events and incentives, and corporate travel segments.

Over the years I have also established a carefully curated black book of contacts covering luxury consortia, concierge companies, independent travel designers, boutique travel agencies, luxury leisure operators, large meetings and events agencies, lifestyle management companies and niche incentive specialists.

I take a collaborative approach to sales, and the questions ‘what does my client need?’ and ‘what does their customer need?’ are always at the front of my mind. Combined with my professional experience, this allows me to find the right solutions for the hotels, villas and resorts I represent, and the travel partners I connect them with. My goal is to be a trusted advisor to both groups.
